Training Providers

The Workforce Investment Act creates a training "marketplace" where participants are given decision making power. Through the Maine CareerCenter Consumer Report System, people with approved Individual Training Accounts (ITAs) funded by the Workforce Investment Act have the ability to shop for a training provider that they feel would best meet their needs. Individuals seeking training use the statewide list of Eligible Training Providers to do their shopping.

If you wish to apply to have your training program or courses listed with the Maine CareerCenter Consumer Report System, please see the instruction guide for using the online application process. If you do not have a secure access code to enter the system, contact the Bureau of Employment Services at 207-623-7981, or e-mail Robert Lane at the Bureau of Employment Services.
