Welcome to the 8th Annual Maine Hire-A-Vet Campaign being held on August 18, 2022 at the Augusta Civic Center. We are excited to again be hosting this event where employers from across the state can directly connect with job seekers needing employment. This is our 100-day campaign to get 100 Veterans hired in 100 days by 100 employers. While this is a Veteran focused hiring campaign, events supporting the campaign are open to ALL JOB SEEKERS.

The campaign begins with a brief opening ceremony at 10 am immediately followed by a large in person hiring event which runs until 3 pm. In addition, if you sign on to the 100-day campaign, you will be able to participate in monthly virtual hiring events as part of the campaign. We will also be providing weekly educational programming to aid job seekers and employers with recruitment programs.
